Prices

Rates apply per day and for the respective number of people.

Local tax

A local tax in the amount of €2.40 per person per night will be charged for people 14 years of age or older. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.

Children’s discount

Children up to 2 years of age stay free with us.

Final cleaning

For the final cleaning, we charge 30,00 €.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of 7 nights in the peak season (from Saturday to Saturday) and 3 nights in the off season (regardless of the day of the week) applies. For multi-week stays, a full cleaning is included every 7 days.

Deposit

After your booking, we ask that you transfer a deposit (booking confirmation) in the amount of 250,00 € to our account within 7 days. Your reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation policy

• In the event of a cancellation within 60 days before the start of your holiday, we will retain the deposit.
• In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full.

Check-in/check-out

On your arrival date, the apartment is available starting from 2:00 pm. On your departure date, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 am at the latest.

We accept payment via bank transfer, by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), or in cash (max. €4,999.99).

Smoking not permitted in the apartment

We ask that you smoke on the beautiful terraces or the balcony.

Pets

For your four-legged family member, we charge 5,00 € per day (excluding food). Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet.
